Won’t go back- cold day in hell! Complete disregard for patients time. They must overbook then expect the
Patient to be flexible. Yet new patient wait time was more then 3 months to get an appt.
1) I had consultation and teeth cleaned at same appt. A process I would expect!
2) my spouse waited for my review before he’d make appt. following is his first experience;
They call requesting he come in 1/2 earlier then appt. This works out ok with schedule
They leave him sitting in lobby and don’t take him back until original appt time. Why reschedule?
They do the consult and X-rays then tell him to come back next day for cleaning. WHAT!
Office staff tells us this is standard practice and they inform patients ahead of time.
NO THEY DID NOT INFORM US OR WHY WOULD I BE DONE IN ONE SITTING?

Who expects or has the time to come in for two appts for standard cleaning?
While I object loudly -I’m told that if we wait a few more minutes they might be able to get him in
For cleaning. Which really means taking another persons appt.

My experience was great which was why I made appt for spouse. - looks like they treat patients differently. After going to one professional dentist for more then 40 years only that my dentist retire
Did I seek another dentist. Whittaker Road dental will not be it!

Final note, I see they respond to positive reviews - but I question if they take the negative reviews seriously.
