Laura in the leasing office is awesome!! She's so friendly and actively helpful before the signing of our lease and whenever we have a problem maintenance or otherwise. River Drive's campus is gorgeous and well-maintained. Best and cheapest apartments around EMU. The only trade-off is the walk is a little farther than a lot of places. You can pay your rent online and have a seven day period to pay. Free pool in the summer. Would highly recommend!

I’m addition to below, they have been promising to fix the door buzzers for 8 months almost and have done absolutely nothing.

Very unprofessional. They will give you an attitude and curse for the simplest things like asking for a receipt. They make fun of my mother every time I go in and ask for a receipt, saying it's stupid she would want a record of a $775 transaction. The lease has a hidden price increase that they will not verbalize. Decent apartments at a good price, but the most unagreeable, unprofessional, and crass leasing staff I have ever seen. They try to intimidate you in to agreeing and take advantage of ignorance.
